Project services are usually undertaken in the following four stages.

Concept Design

Create an architectural concept of space and form from your project requirements. Determine regulatory controls, and where required, liaise with local council and other authorities.

Design Development

Develop the concept into a final design solution. Examine the smaller elements, determine functionality, materials, finishes and services. Where town planning is required, apply for approval.

Documentation

Prepare comprehensive drawings and specifications detailing the construction, quality, materials, finishes and workmanship for building approval and tendering.

Contract Administration

Source tenders from suitable builders, prepare contracts, inspect construction, liaise with builder, assess progress claims for payment, and oversee the building contract.

Engineering, environmental, heritage, town planning, costing, interior design, regulatory, landscape, modellers and other specialist's are integrated as required for complete project service.
